Need advice regarding the use of a DC Adapter?

I have a 10V DC 0.6A Adapter which I want to use to power a 12V 0.13A fan. Would this be safe? I'm assuming the speed of the fan will be less but thats not a problem. I just want to make sure doing that doesn't blow up the adapter or anything like that :)
 
You can use this adapter safely. always some 10% more than rated voltage will be availble from DC adapters. The speed reduction will be negligible.
