I have a nextel account who has combined with sprint; where I live (here in the Houston Tx we have 3 area codes (832, 713, 281); the problem is I have been outrageous phone bills lately and recently learned that even though all the area codes are within the houston area, I am being charged long distance calls, (just a reminder that my plan of unlimited calling covers in the entire state of Texas - regardless of the area code)....whenever I call one of the other houston area codes outside of my given prefix number of 281; this is bogus and illegal; I asked for a copy of the last 3 most recent records of my phone bill and was informed that it had to be subpoenaed through the courts (WTF - these are my phone records); I need to know who should I contact in addition to the BBB as this illegal phone tagging shyt needs to stop. I want to write everyone possible that I think should get in on investigating Nextel / Sprint. The economy is so tight that they are trying to get their missing dollars from wherever. Your answers to this issue is greatly appreciated.
