Need help on a fitness program for coaching football...?

I'm starting my coaching badges soon, and I need to get fit as I'll be training as well, any suggestions on what I should eat and not eat and do...?

Eat healthy well balanced meals. Drink a lot of water. Drink milk and orange juice. You can drink milk instead of Gatorade. It doesn't have the sugar and it has everything with a few extra things like protein. No soda. No energy drinks. No junk food.
