Need help syncing iPhone music and apps to my iTunes account on my new windows

vista laptop. Help? I just got a new laptop and want to sync my iPhone with my iTunes but when I try it wants me to sync my library to my iPhone which is nothing. I want all my iPhone stuff onto my new laptop. PLEASE HELP ME!
