I just got a new PS3 wireless headset from gamestop
It's supposed to work, but it isn't. like i have been charging it for a day. it says its supposed to charge for 4 hours at least, and I did that.
the name is 'GameStop Wireless Headset Featuring Bluetooth Technology.
I know it isn't completely broken because the red light comes on(when i put it in to charge, but then turns off rather soon after)
does anyone know anything about this product and if it does stuff like this?
I didn't buy it in town so I don't really have an option for returning it at the moment

No, I know how to turn it on. that's not the problem. I have read the directions on the sheet it comes with.
