Hey again, ;/ I'm like so nervous about tomorrow. What is tomorrow you ask? I start my MMA training. Now the reason i'm telling you guys is because i want to know what are the basics? Do they toss us on the floor and we fight? Or more? If you could please help me i'd appreciate it. I've been in love with UFC for more than 4 years. I'm only 14. Lol. I know this will help me in many ways. 1: Get fit. 2: Gain Self confidence. 3: Control anger. And 4th: Defend myself.
