New DVD skips on all my dvd players?

I recently bought the 16 & Pregnant season 2 part one dvd because I want to have my kids watch it when they are older..but it keeps skipping on all my dvd players

Same thing happens on my "special edition" DVD of Scorsese's Casino. Just a glitch on the disc.
