Nissan Corp refuse to give me my bill of sale after a year of pay off. what...

...should I do? It will be a year since I paid off my car and Every time I call them or send them a letter I can't seem to get it. I went to the DMV and it says that Nissan is still my lend holder. This is bugging me because I want to sale and I cannot.

they should send you the title...and you need to continue to call them and tell them you want your damn title....we had to do this with the bank holding our lien...our insurance is what alerted us to the fact that they never reported it paid for...we took care of that..we had moved long story short..we forgot to keep asking for it..it took three tries..we finally got it...
