I have acquired a pc that has a blue ray reader/burner installed. it works fine when i play it through a normal monitor and have the speakers running directly out of the tower. However due to the way my room has to be set up i run my pc through a tv. with the tower sending its audio to the tv and then the tv sending the audio to the speakers via its rear headphone socket. this works fine with everything including playing dvd's in the dvd rom disk drive on the pc. however i get no sound when i use the blue ray disk drive. Can anybody think what i could be doing wrong ? i have a very limited knowledge of this kind of thing.
