NY drivers liscense ? i only pay if i pass the quiz right? documents?

i only pay if a pass the quiz? what documents do i need to have with me
 
For the test, every time you take. For the license once you pass. It think you need 2 forms of ID. And one of it needs to be photo ID. If I remember it correctly NYS DMV says 2 forms of ID that equal to 6 points. They have a point system for different types of IDs
