In general debates fail to affect polls unless its very heavily one-sided like the first debate. Obama didn't win the way Romney won. It appeared to be a little better than a draw for Obama, but not much. In CNN poll, less than 50% agreed Obama won debate. So it was not a clear majority win. Therefore unlikely to have any affect in polls.
