Does it ever seem like God is absent then all of a sudden BAM! Out of no where he has invaded your life with his love and joy again?
Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is the Lord. Whether you like it or not.

"Does it ever seem like God is absent" is the experience that most Christians have because they have never prayed for the Holy Spirit to come into their lives due to the fact that many churches teach that the Holy Spirit comes to people without ever being invited to do so through prayer. Sort of an unexpected visitor thing.

Here is the dangerous problem with this false teaching:

John 3:5

Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. :applause:



which explains another one of Jesus' warnings that is almost never mentioned in



most churches:

Matthew 22:14

“For many are called, but few are chosen.”

God is never absent. He is always speaking to you. Sometimes its louder than normal.
