P90 Fitness and Nutrition Question?

Im 5'11 192 lbs and im doing P90x, im only on day 4 so far. Ive got 3 questions.
1. I dont have a pull up bar, is there an alternative to pull ups?
2. If you dont do the yoga, will you still get good results? Im wanting to slim down some and put on a good bit of muscle.
3. Here is my diet plan, is it an good one or not?

Breakfast: English muffin with egg white and thin piece of sausage
Snack: 100 calorie special kay bars
Lunch: Im still in school but I eat a grilled chicken sandwhich on a wheat hamburger bun with 2 apples.
Snack: Fruit (apples, oranges, etc.)
Dinner: Grilled/Baked meats, salad, baked potato.
and I drink only water all throughout the day.

Do push up's as an alternative of pull ups. If you don't do the yoga you aren't going to get as good of results but doing yoga will make you slim down more. And for your dinner don't eat a baked potato , stay away from as much white things as you can such as fries , bread etc.
