people tell me there must bee 8 inches btween the top of my finger and the rim to dunk BUT there is 9 inches btween the top of my middle finger to my wrist...my hand is bigger...so how many inches must i get over the rim so I can dunk <i can palm the ball..and im talkin abt a 1 handed dunk..simple>...im 6'7...
i can jst get my wrist to touch the rim ..i cant jump higher than that...im workin on it..
