People who have dsl internet that play world of warcraft?

If you play world of warcraft and have dsl internet, what would your fps be? I have regular fast internet now and my fps is 60 on WoW. And im moving and getting different internet (dsl) what will my fps then be?

Will it be so bad to where i couldnt play WoW?
