Puff ball skirts aren't in, so you won't see any celebs wearing them. This season is all about the pencil skirt and tulip skirt. x
 
Are you talking about bubble skirts? Those are cute but you have to know how to wear them I suggest a fitted t shirt and stylish belt with heels or flats :D
