Playstation Network Error Code (PSP)?

I keep trying to log in to my PSN account, but I keep getting an error. It keeps saying
'An error has occurred. You have been signed out of Playstation Network.
(80550403)'.
I can't find this error code using google, so could somebody tell me what it is and why I can't get on PSN?
 
there is a hacker among us. no one can get on but i think psn is working on it!:3_8_13[1]:
