into what it is today. in other words, you have to travel back & assasinate mohamed or jesus or whoever actually existed & was a major catalyst in the growth of that religion.

which would you stop?
lolz are encouraged here.

I'd probably be more inclined to just use the really advanced future (to them at least) technology to create my own country practising state atheism and then take over the world. Of course I'd have to focus on standard of living and getting it as high as possible as that has been shown to be what promotes voluntary atheism.

As for assassinating Jesus, that might be a bit hard considering he probably never even existed, preventing the New Testament from being written would probably be the way to go, also getting rid of Constantine the insane before he can impose Christianity on the Roman Empire would probably work to destroy Christianity (which would have likely died out had they not gotten that lucky break).

I would stop the Council of Nicea from destroying the rest of the bible, so that people who elect to be a Christian don't have a distorted, censored version of the truth.
Mind you, I'm not even a Christian.

i would stop them all and make my own the religion of thinking before you talk and enslaving peoples minds without consent and knowing before you think

The writers of the Old testament. That would take care of Christianity, Islam, and Judaism in one swipe.

Since Christ's death is the basis for salvation in regards to Christianity, you might want to rethink that one.

Then again, Satan thought it was a good idea, too.

Epicurus??? Lol jks.

I'd actually go for Paul, I know it would completely destroy Christianity, but I think what remanent of it remained would be pure.

An atheist hating Jesus who he claims didn't exist.

Now THAT makes sense.

Next he'll get ticked off at the Tooth Fairy.
