Power steering failure. Is it safe to keep driving this car if my arms are

strong enough? As title thanks. My 20 years old car's power steering is finally failing. Funny enough only when I try to make right turns at low speeds. Turning left is no problem.

If I don't mind turning the steering wheel 5 times harder whenever turning right at low speed, is it safe to keep using this car without sending it in for repair?
