I tried to start the car,but it doesn't,I went to the service so they can change the master key,but it still doesn't work! When I try to start the engine,on the mainboard shows the Drive mode and if I change it,on the mainboard nothing changes,it remains in Drive mode.
Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Your desciption of the problem is rather sketchy but from what one might gather from it, it sounds like it might be related to your new master key.

You are not doing a very good job in describing the problem.

From what I can understand, your car is not starting and you believe it might have something to do with the gearshift display in your dash that shows "D" even though your gear lever is actually in "P"... correct?

If that's the case, I would approach this by simple disconnecting your battery, wait 10 minutes, reconnect the battery, and see if that helps.

Or, just get your car towed to the BMW service center and let them figure it out.

Change the master key? Why? It sounds like a shift lever interlock problem. Get a mechanic that works on BMWs.
