PS3 Bluetooth not working?

If i got to my accessory settings i can find then and connect to them(i think) but it wont put out noise and when i got to play cod my mic symbol doesn't pop up either(its not muted already thought about that) i haven't used either bluetooth for about 3 weeks cuz i lost my charger for them
ive tried to use both of them
 
it could be in your settings if you have multiple devices the wrong one could be on
