PS3 Wireless Stereo Headset or Turtle Beach PX5?

I've been looking at a few different headsets and I've decided to get wireless ones as my DPX21 did get quite annoying with all the wires. They also broke today on the left ear piece with the inside wire keeping it attached.

I was thinking of Astros or Tritton but I narrowed it down to the PX5 Or PS3 Wireless Headset.

I can't decide which one to get. I'm a little afraid of getting the Turtle Beach as my pair only lasted 7 months and I was as careful as possible, I don't even know how they broke. I play a lot of online games, especially first person shooters like battlefield and call of duty. I want a headset that can pick up footsteps and hear the direction of enemies.

Which headset should I get the PS3 Wireless Stereo Headset or the Turtle Beach PX5? Thanks :D
 
Never buy turtle beaches again. And that's final. What are you? The 3 millionth customer that had his beaches break in a short amount of time? They are junk.

Either you get the trttions 720 or the official headset. If you're going to be gaming a lot on Call of Duty, get the trittions as you will never need to charge them. If you are going to be playing exclusives and watching blurarys, get the official headsets.
