PUK blocked on LG shine! HELP FAST!?

I was trying to set a security lock on my phone ( The 4-digit pin) when my phone started asking me for a PUK code! I kept trying to enter one in and now my phone wont even work! It keeps saying PUK block. Please tell me there is a way to fix this! I cant afford to buy a new phone. =(
Cant exactly call. Dont have a phone >_< But i can just take it to the nearest AT&T?
 
same thing hapened to me, i tried it too many times and it double blocks it,you havbe to cal your service people and they tell u free of charge, write that shit down dude, cuz if u 4get ur 4 digit password again, the puk code stays the same
 
call the company or take it in to them and they can reset that for you , you won't have to buy a new phone.

You dont have to buy a new phone i had the same problem only with my G1 you have to call cutomer care the operator will give you numbers to punch in or they may do it for youo after that theyl ask you to put in your code.
