Purchasing games on the blackberry curve?

I found on my blackberry an app called 'the imbecile test' and it costs £1.59....I clicked purchase and signed into paypal on the blackberry phone....i then got an email from paypal about a pre-approved payment plan,, i havent got the game on my phone yyet.....what does this mean? is it a scam or does it mean the money is going to be taken from my paypal and then i will get the game? thakns
