question about bittorrent and games?

what is meant by the words PROPER and RELOADED following the name of a game (these are always written in all caps im not yelling)
 
RELOADED is a name of a PC warez release group. RELOADED game bypass copy protection suing virtual machines which lead to poorer performance. PROPER is a torrent that fixes problem. They use PROPER because theoretically their is only supposed to be one torrent of the same file.
 
someone must have downloaded a game then upload it again but diffrently.
 
RELOADED sounds like a reseed/reupload, don't know about PROPER though. If your downloading illegal games then don't.
 
in lamens terms, to cut out all the bullshit.
the game torrent has been downloaded and cracked the re uploaded making it easier to install and allow the game to function properly without malfunction
