I have a sony vaio e series notebook. i have a video on here that needs to be burnt on a dvd. i bought a pack of sony dvd-r discs. I went into real player and burned the video onto the disc. i put the disc in my dvd player and it said there was nothing on it. i put it back into my laptop and it read it fine. i figured it could have read it because the file was already on there, so i decided to put the disc into my other laptop which is a piece of crap acer. well surprisingly the acer read the disc BUT it was a digital and glitching really bad.
my question is what the heck is going on?? why's it glitchy and why wont my dvd player read it?
please know im not stupid. i do know there are some players such as xbox and stuff that wont read burned dvd's and such to prevent pirating but my dvd player does read burned cd's so you tell me what's going on
Idk if its an .avi file...it says mp4
UPDATE!! i have a burned dvd of talladega nighs my friend gave me that i forgot all about. its a dvd-r and i put it in my dvd player and it WORKED!! so something is wrong here
