Okay so I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 with Windows Vista. A few days ago I had to reinstall Vista because for some reason I couldn't restore my comptuer to factory condition. So anyway I noticed that Dell Media Direct is no longer on my computer, and I really want it. I have the disk that came with my laptop to reinstall Dell Media Direct, but I'm not sure how to do it. I was reading the instructions and it make it seem like all of my information and everything will be gone from my computer if I reinstall it. Or maybe I was just reading it wrong. I don't know any other programs that can play dvd's on my laptop so I need Dell Media Direct back on my laptop. So if anyone can tell me how to reinstall Dell Media Direct, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, are there any other programs that are basically just as good as Dell Media Direct, like another program that I can use to play dvd's?
