hello. i have a asus laptop, adn was considering buying a new dvd burner if its even possible to replace the one i have. i was going to look into a double layer burner. i also noticed while looking on best buy they now have a burner called lightscribe i think has been out for a few years now.
if anyone is familiar with lightscribe. is it really as good as it sounds or a waiste of money? can i really put the art of a dvd onto a blank dvd? makes it sound liek if you got a movie ill use the movie speed. when i burn the movie to dvd it will also burn the exact image of the one you buy in stores if i have the image of it.
also is it possible to replace my dvd burner if so is light scribe worth it? i figured for $30-$40 to upgrade to dual layer its worth it if it will workbut if light scribe is affordable why not go with that one.
