Question about uTorrent?? Trying to get torrent to start again?

So I left a download on earlier and left for awhile cause its gonna take awhile to finish. I came back and obviously my internet connection was stopped for awhile, I connected to the internet again and the torrent won't continue. Its red and I tried pausing, starting, and force starting. Is there anyway to get it to work again? I just don't want to start over, it has already taken a day to get to 30%
 
are you using a proxy? if you are, disable it. Next check and reupdate your trackers. other than that...those are the main solutions
 
It would help if you gave us more information about the problems. Like pictures for example. Have you tried deleting the torrent and re-downloading it? As long as you don't delete the files it works most of the times. Try that.
