Question for Christians: Is God taking over His realm from Christ son of Mary?

A huge 60 feet tall statue of Christ upon a five story building in USA was knocked
down by cyclone. And now there is so much snow and cold in Italy, England and
Europe that thousands of people have been stranded and will not be able to make
it to their homes, for Christmas.
Do you think God Almighty does not like His kingdom to be given to a man
and has decided to take it back in full view of humans, as time is inching towards
its end?

jesus is gods son and came here so god could understand why mortals could not behave with out sin When god realized the nature of man, he asked his son to make the ultimate sacrifice for mortality so we could again be with god. umm god's idea about time, if he even has one is radically different than mortals.

Are you sure it was a cyclone? Seems lately that deranged religious in the name of THEIR god either flies planes into tall objects or plants bombs in them.

Maybe it means that material symbols will ultimately be swept away and only true worship from the heart remain. Statues and Christmas actually have just about Nothing to do with Christ's kingdom!

Jesus' authority and power and great love He receives from the Father are founded on His willingness and success in dying for you. The song of triumph predicted in the Bible book of Revelation goes like this: "Worthy is the Lamb that was slain (Jesus), to receive glory and honor, dominion and power."

The point you are missing is the Jesus Christ is God.
Christians believe that Jesus is the human form of the God of the Old Testament.
(Colossians 1:12-19, among the most direct references.)
The climactic events you describe are the topics of New Testament prophecy.
Matthew 24
Mark 13
Luke 21

Or...it might be that it just friggin snows sometimes! It must be comforting to give up all sense of responsibility and rational thought because everything that happens is god's will huh?
