Question for Christians: Is making an imaginary picture and calling it

Christ is not a lie & blasphemy? Christ is not an imaginary character whereas his pictures are mere imagination.
This is an evil effect of Romans on the Christianity. They believed in false gods
and therefore needed a tangible evidence of their presence, so they drew
imaginary paintings of them. On the contrary Christ son of Mary was a real
person and allowing Michel Angelo to decorate the church with imaginary
paintings of Christ was a blasphemy. Because no artist however good can
draw the inner light and glowing face of a noble prophet, nor can depict
beauty of his face.

Look at Muslims, they never allow their artists to paint Muhammad. They
have a decorum which Christianity has lost.
Do you think that Roman Catholic clergy has erred in this regard?
