I know this varies by state, but ours is basically handing out permits to carry. Now, can you carry a holstered weapon on your hip or is it strictly concealed carry? I will investigate my own local laws, but just wanted your thoughts. And what do you do when you see someone visibly carrying? Do you go on your guard just in case?
