OK so i really want a kawasaki ninja 1000 sport or a ducati streetfighter s. I live in Baltimore, Maryland, and right now i am in highschool and i am 14 years old. i was wondering what do i need to do to be able to ride one. like when i turn 15 and 9 months do i just go to the MVA and say hey i want a motorcycle permit with my parents and proof of age?? or what like do i need a drivers licence to?? how do i get a permit?? what can and can i not do with a permit?? and when is the bare minimum age i can start riding a motorcycle?????
