I have had very puffy swollen feet for the past 3 days. They are tight, but not painful. This is very unusual for me and has only happened to me a handful of times before, all had resolved itself under 2 days. I'm under 30 so age cant be an issue here. I feel perfectly fine otherwise. I always stay hydrated and have started drinking extra water once i noticed this but they are still puffy. Anyone have any idea what this could be from? Its not serious right? I eat a fairly good healthy diet, I dont over-do salt or fat, etc, and I dont smoke. I'm in good all-around health, although I have suspected a low-thyroid condition in the past couple of years, but so far dont know for sure as I havent gone in to get tested yet. I dont have fatigue or skin issues (just some mild acne). I only mention that because someone told me hypothroidism causes feel to swell sometimes.
Thanks for any info.
