1 - Who did Makoto really love: Sekai or Kotonoha?
2 - Did Sekai really get pregnant?
3. Somewhere at the end of the anime when Kotonoha told Sekai off about her best friend setsuna (I think that's her name) then Sekai was hallucinating about her best friend, and Setsuna was wearing a mask and they were talking. What were they talking about? I mean I know Setsuna switched seats for Sekai's sake but what was going on that made Sekai cried?
