Rant: Comcast, Bad Service or Worst Service?

I just got off the phone with comcast customer service after 25 minutes of trying to find out why my channels have been disappearing. Well the reason is their digital migration, which i have no problem with, but they never informed me at all. I asked the nice lady on the phone "why was i never informed, you could have sent an email, a letter, anything" her answer: "well you know now, right?"

i waited for another 10 minutes for her manager, then hung up without speaking to one. i hate comcast so much, ive never had a good call with customer service. all i know is as soon as it hits my area, im switching to U-Verse
