[RANT] Why do so many people on YA waste their time...?

I felt like I should warn you in the title. So here it is. How come, in nearly every section of this site (even the wrong ones) people are asking the same questions ALL DAY?!?!

Questions like:

"why wont my boyfriend call"?
"what could they really mean when they say ___?"
"why won't she text..."?
"do they think I'm..."
"could you get me this celebrity's phone number?"
"she looked in my general direction, does that mean she likes me?"

I mean really?! Why can't they just ask whoever they are asking random strangers about instead of coming on here? Honestly, I think a lot of relationship problems would be solved if people just told their partner/love interest/whatever what's bothering them instead of brooding or running to the Internet for advice. Why? Because sometimes I don't know, and other people's advice isn't ALWAYS that good for your own personal relationship that we don't know the full story of. You and your partner should really be the ones discussing this! Oh and another thing. Nobody talks to anyone else, and then we wonder why so many people are being diagnosed with "social anxiety". I can bet you a majority of the people "diagnosed" with that are Americans because they don't have this problem in any other country.

Now I'm a jerk.

@JBG: YES, I've been to the freakin Men's Health. I swear, they make all of mankind look gay! Sheesh, it's not all about the size of your DICK! Ugh, I can't believe I typed that. I guess I'm really upset right now.

Your not a jerk. I agree. Ever been into the mens health? How big is "it" supposed to be? Over and over and over and over and over and over again!!!!! Here's an idea...it is what it is and that's it.
Relationship category. Does he like me? F if I know, grow some balls honey and ask him!!!!!!!
Jeez!
Will I keep growing?
Do you think I'm pretty?
What ways are there to masturbate?
Whats a good present for my gf?
AAAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Lol

I've seen "If I tie a brick to my penis will it stretch longer" a few times in Men's Health. ha
I personally find the relationship questions the worst because they're not paticularly interesting or funny and most of the time I just want to tell them they're pathetic (I hold back though).
I think people are bored so try to make a question out of nothing. :)

I think you need to remember that many of these people are very young, and honestly don't realise that their questions have been asked a zillion times before. Asking strangers for advice is nothing new; women's magazines have had "advice columns" for ages. I think it's sometimes easier to talk to a stranger; if you're talking about a relationship you don't feel as though you're betraying your partner's confidence. Also, I think that very often people who post here are just looking for validation of their own decisions. For example, someone posts that her boyfriend cheats on her, lies to her, etc, and asks whether she should dump him. In her own mind, she knows what she should do, she just wants someone to say "ditch the loser, you deserve better".
