Recommend a fairly cheap, reliable bluetooth USB adapter?

My laptop operates on Windows Vista.
Primarily, I need bluetooth for use with bluetooth powered mouse, and also data transfer from and to my cellphone.
If you had experience using any bluetooth adapter which simply does not work, I'm interested in knowing that as well.

eBay. Bought a Bluetooth USB Adapter from Hong Kong for $1 including postage. Works like a charm.

At first I was doubtful, but $1 wouldn't have been vey much of a loss, and I was pleasantly surprised that it worked fine!
