Recommend me SCI-FI Anime as Good as PLANETES?

I was literally blown away by the goodness of
it. What about Mugen no Ryvius?
 
Mugen no Ryvius is also good.

Other ones:
Library Wars (fantastic story but it's not sci-fi, it's more like the near future with censorship and war)
Freedom
Memories
The Wings of Honneamise
TO
Cowboy Bebop
Patlabor
Ghost in the Shell
Moonlight Mile
 
I recommend ( These are Space Anime):

Legend of the Galactic Heroes

and Crest of the Stars + Banner of the Stars 1 & 2 & 3


If you want a great Sci-fi anime that happens on Earth, I recommend Texhnolyze.

I also recommend Now and Then, Here and There. It is not as Sci-fi as the above, but it is the most powerful drama filled Sci-Fi out there. And if you want a Mecha Sci-Fi anime, I recommend Bokurano. And if you want one that has to do with Time travel and Quantum physics, I recommend Noein.


Edit: You mean you have not watched Mugen no Ryvius yet? If that is true, I Highly Recommend you watch it.
