Reset password on Windows XP with no cd/dvd drive?

I need to reset the log on password on an old computer that has no cd/dvd drive. How can I do that?
Its running Windows XP.
 
Does it have a USB port? And is the computer able to boot off a USB stick? You may need to get into the BIOS (Setup screen) and check for "Boot Order" or something like that and make sure USB is listed. If it can be booted from a USB stick, follow the USB instructions here:
