Road bike geometry question?

If 2 road bikes have the same geometry specs and similar components groups, but a different type of aluminum frame, will there be a noticeable difference in handling and feel?
 
Possibly.

If they are different qualities of aluminum, then you may feel a slight difference and the quality/life of the frame may be affected. To be honest, I doubt highly the quality will be great enough for you to feel or notice though.

If you want solid answers, you may want to post the 2 different bikes for a comparison as rarely are bikes geo the same.
 
depends on how they are "different"

i can imagine that there are "different" frame types that could have the same "handling and feel"

example:
there are an infinite number of frame types that would have the same stiffness

if you define 'different' by 'the feel changed' then it;s a circular definition
