I've only had the phone 6 months or so...hasn't gotten wet, damaged...anything like that. I noticed it occasionally wont respond to my touch....just like I'm not touching it at all. Not necessarily a frozen screen but I'll have a message pop up or something & I try to touch the "view" tab & nothing...& it got really bad yesterday & most of the day I had to manually dial to use it. I've tried to turn it off & on...taken battery out...nothing helped but eventually it worked again. Has anyone had this experience? Any suggestions? I'm trying to avoid going to an AT&T store...& I got the phone through the site too & really hate the idea of calling them either unless I have to....so thought I'd ask??
