i remember there was this case where a student got in trouble for bringing a ceremonial knife with him too school, but it was mandatory for his religion, what was his name, and what was the knife called?

i thought religion wasnt allowed in school. speaking of which, why is evolution allowed if thats the case. after all it is a religion.
