Script a DivX web player or a custom flash player?

How do I create my own custom DivX web player to play DivX movies on my site or a custom flash player ( ex. the youtube player)? I have FLASH CS3 Professional.
 
Not only flash can do it alone, you need to have programming language besides flash or if you already know any you can also use action script to do it so.
