I live in CA. Some people say yes some no, just want some other person's opinions. My car runs good, all it needs repairing the rings because oil smoke comes out which won't let the smog pass, can I sell as is if the buyer is a mechanic for example and he wants to fix himself? The smog needs to be paid off in 2 more months
