Shift alt print screen?

So not too long ago I pressed Shft alt prnt scrn and well when I pressed it again it didn't put my contrast on my computer back to normal, and it's really really irritating.
 
Right click on your desk top. A little window will open. Click on PERSONALIZE. This will now display the THEMES. You will have the high contrast themes, but also the windows aero themes. Click on windows 7 theme under the title aero. That should change it back to normal.
