My wireless phone is dumb, not smart. Meanwhile, my GPS device that I use in the car finally broke. Should I buy a new GPS (and if so, what kind), or should I just upgrade to a smartphone with GPS capability? Purchase cost and long-term cost of ownership *IS* a definite concern.
