Should i get a Samsung Intercept or a ipod Touch 4 generation.?

(The Samsung Intercept has unlimited everything and is a mid level android device that includes a full slide out QWERTY keyboard and a capacitive touch screen.)(The ipod Touch is 4 generation and is 8 gig)

P.s Their both the same price
