Should i play basketball?? Wanna Play For Recreation Team And School?

This gone be my first year playing ever with no experience cept from pe: im a freshman in highschool fourteen going on fifteen years old. I Wanna Play For A Recreational Team And For School. but i love basketball i always did good with it when they taught us the fundamentals in physical education: i wanna try out something new;
 
If your school is small enough and/or not that competitive then defiantly try out for the school. I have always dreamed of playing foe my school, but its just too big and competitive I never make the team. If you would make the school team I wouldn't do a rec league too because that might be too much. I've been in a recreational league and its fun but you don't get to play and practice as much as you would for the school, but I'd definitely try out for the school team and if you don't make it play in a recreational league.
