i am writing a book called ' the egnima of god' and i do have an editor. my questionis : should i submit to the prublisher my work with my page numbers or allow the dymamic contamitor to dictate how many pages there shall be based on the type set and type of the book. my page number help me for i want each chapte rto be 15 to 18 pages long....this questionis byond my knowledge so plkease pitch in wit the best answer folks.........................frankie
